Welcome to Wajow Talent Factory 2026! 🎬 Wajow Talent Factory is a 9-month program for young creators who want to take the next steps in the film and television industry. The initiative was born from the vision of directors Adil El Arbi & Bilall Fallah, with one clear mission: to guide, train, and prepare promising talent for the professional audiovisual sector. In 2026, we are taking an ambitious path and collaborating with a strong international partner: Netflix. Together with Adil & Bilall, we will produce a vertical fiction series. The series will consist of 10 episodes of 3 minutes each, and every participant will work in a small team on one episode within the larger story. This way, you will learn to take responsibility for your own work while collaborating on a professional production. During the program, you will attend 10 workshops led by experienced industry professionals, where you will learn about: •⁠ ⁠screenwriting and storytelling •⁠ ⁠directing and working with actors •⁠ ⁠production planning and budgeting •⁠ ⁠casting, editing, and visual language •⁠ ⁠collaborating within a professional production environment We are looking for participants who: •⁠ ⁠already have basic knowledge of film (through education, internships, personal projects, or as self-taught creators) •⁠ ⁠have a strong interest in film and fiction •⁠ ⁠are passionate about social media and eager to explore the possibilities of new platforms •⁠ ⁠are motivated to create high-quality, innovative content •⁠ ⁠are willing to take responsibility within a team and contribute to a larger project •⁠ ⁠are available for approximately 10 Wednesday afternoons (3 PM to 7 PM), several weekends, and a summer shooting period, and are committed to the full program (schedule to follow) This is your chance to develop your skills, work on a professional production, build a strong portfolio, and create a stepping stone toward a career in the audiovisual industry.
